Garlic Tomato Sauce
Went for a good walk today, found some very large pennywort, dandelions and wild garlic.
I made this for tonights salad:
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 sun dried tomatoes, soaked
- 1/2 avocado
- 8 wild garlic leaves
Blended up in the vitamix with a bit of the soak water from the tomatoes, delicious,
