given your into pine nuts in a big way You could try the following
a good hand full or 2 of pine nuts with approx. 2 tablespoons of lecuma powder, a little agava syrup, a dash of hemp oil, a tablespoon of sprouted flax seed (optional), a bowl of ground up pecan nuts. Blend all this oh and you can add some gogi berries as well fi you like. when this is done add some creamed coconut to the mix and some melted cocao butter. Roll in to small balls about walnut size and cover in dessicated coconut and stick in the fridge........
You can use this base for a wonderful raw choclate truffle as well.
Add about 2 tablespoons of raw cocao powder and the same of finely ground cocao nibs to the above mix and stick in the fridge.
You can tweak and play around with the amounts and add more agava syrup or add dates or other life enhancing ingredients.
try it out
