I can hardly contain my excitement – I’ve just taken delivery of 120 packets of freeze dried durian. It’s going to be a real test for me to not eat it all before I sell it! It’s delicious, and if you soak it for 20 to 30 mins, it becomes just like fresh durian again.
I’m sure I’ll be posting lots of durian recipes in the very near future…
Rob, I used to eat that exact same brand of durina all the time when i lived in Singapore for five years. it is so delicious. I want to buy some too. I used to eat it fresh a lot, but here in the us, to get that product is outstanding. so awesome. I love you man!!!!

can i be a rare breed too???? i love durian… and just found some freeze dried in my local health food shop… thought if your going to have the king, should find the queen…. found this instead!!!
